16.6.3 The customer may transmit a copy of the policy used by the Client for a particular file to an actonic printer or other service office, and such a service office may use the font or fonts for the processing of his file, provided that this service office has a valid license for the use of this specific font software. Please note that the provisions of Section 8 (Limitation of Liability) continue to apply to any customer claims for compensation regarding the use of the Software. Adobe is, however, responsible for reasonably foreseeable direct losses in the event of Adobe`s breach of this agreement. Customers are advised to take all reasonable steps to prevent and reduce damage, including producing copies of copies of the software and computer data. The software and all authorized copies made by the customer are the intellectual property of Adobe Systems Incorporated and its suppliers. The structure, organization and source code of the software are valuable business secrets and confidential information of Adobe Systems Incorporated and its vendors. The software is protected by law, including, but not limited to copyright laws in the United States and other countries, and by international treaty provisions. Unless expressly stated, this agreement does not grant the client intellectual property rights over the software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved for Adobe and its suppliers. 16.5.5 Compensation.
The client undertakes to compensate Adobe and all applicable certification bodies (except expressly stipulated in its terms and conditions) for any debt, loss, action, damage or claim (including all reasonable fees, fees and legal fees) arising from or related to the client`s use or trust in a service of that authority, including, but not limited, :a) confidence in an expired or revoked certificate; (b) incorrect verification of a certificate, (c) the use of a certificate other than permitted by applicable terms and conditions, this agreement or applicable law; (d) not to make an appropriate judgment in the circumstances, in which they refer to the issuer`s services or certificates; or (e) non-compliance with the obligations required in the conditions relating to services. 16.12 Builder Flash with LiveCycle Data Services (LCDS) Data Management Library. Adobe Flash Builder can hold the fds.swc library. The customer may only use fds.swc to provide customer-side data management functions and as an output file in the software developed by the client, subject to: (a) must not use fds.swc to activate offline associations or functions within the software or (b) fds.swc in software similar to Adobe Live DataCycle Services or BlazeDS. If the customer wants to do so, the customer must apply for a separate Adobe license. 2.6 Documentary copies. The Client may make copies of the documentation for his own internal use in connection with the use of the Software in accordance with this Agreement, but no more than the reasonably necessary amount. 12.1 Adobe Technology License by the U.S. Government. The customer accepts that, When granting a license from Adobe Software for purchase by the U.S.
government or a contractor, the customer is authorized in accordance with Guidelines 48 C.F.R. Section 12.212 (for civil agencies) and 48 C.F.R. Sections 227.7202-1 and 227.7202-4 (for the Department of Defense). For U.S. government end-users, Adobe is committed to complying with all applicable equal opportunity laws, including, if applicable, the provisions of Executive Order 11246, as amended, Section 402 of the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (38 USC 4212) and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 amended and provisions of 41 CFR Parts 60-1 to 60-60 60-250 and 60-741.
