The agreed offensive policy provided for the rapid elimination of Italy as a partner of the Axis Powers; Support neutral states and clandestine groups in resisting the Axis powers; A continuous air offensive aimed at destroying the military power of the Axis powers; the establishment of forces for the possible offensive against Germany and, if necessary, the conquest of territories from which this offensive can be launched; and the agreement that the Atlantic and European spaces are the “decisive theatre” and that as such they will be at the heart of US military efforts, although the “importance” of the Middle East and Africa has also been noted. Thus, for its three standard conditions, an ABC contract is concluded by a stockbroker and his investment company. Each condition is a possible option for the broker, depending on whether or not he plans to remain employed by the investment company concerned. The ABC Settlement Agreement expressly excludes the following registered Class ABC members from the right to ABC benefits: those who have been convicted of serious offences (as defined in Article 101(a)(43) of the INA); and those who were arrested while attempting to reintegrate into the United States after 19 December 1990. It was the first military agreement between America, Britain and Canada (hence the name) concluded at the secret Washington conference between the high-ranking military staffs of the three countries (January 29 and March 27, 1941). An ABC agreement is a contractual agreement between an investment company and its broker, which allows the company to acquire a headquarters (membership) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The report of the 1941 United Kingdom Staff Conference set out the general principles, resources, and strategies for military intervention for a common Allied military strategy. The British approach to the Nazi problem was different from the original American plan. The British first demanded a Sun-Tsu approach to attack the flanks and peripherals of Nazism (North Africa, Middle East, etc.).
In contrast, the United States was looking for an approach based on The Jomini a Hammer of Proposal, en masse to the mass battle with Nazi Germany. The plan was based on the premise that if the United States went to war with Nazi Germany, it would likely go to war with both Fascist Italy and Imperial Japan.
